What Will You Do in This Role?
As a Resident Services Assistant, you will be responsible for providing non-nursing/non-direct care and ancillary services in accordance with quality standards under the direction of a licensed nurse supervisor. Providing outdoor supervision for residents. Ensuring and maintaining a safe environment throughout the day.
Do You Have What It Takes?

- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- High school diploma, or equivalent, required
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
