What Will You Do in This Role?
As a MDS Coordinator, you will be responsible for timely and accurate completion of both the RAI process and care management process from admission to discharge in accordance with company policy and procedures, and Federal, State and Certification guidelines, and all other entities as appropriate- Minimum Data Set, discharge, and admission tracking, etc. With direction from the Director of Nursing and VP of Clinical Reimbursement, you may coordinate information systems operations and education for the clinical department. As a Wound Nurse, you will be responsible for the community’s general application of the skin management program. You will also be responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and effective treatment to heal various types of wounds, including surgical openings, ulcers, bed sores, feeding tube sites, and abscesses. As a Wound Nurse, you will be required to assess wounds, create and implement treatment plans, monitor infections and signs of various infections, and clean wounds
