As a Licensed Practical Nurse | LPN, you are responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.
You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. As an LPN, you will be responsible for resident care and the direction of nursing care during your assigned shift. Responsibilities include staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals to ensure residents receive quality care.
A passion for working with seniors and providing excellent resident care
A flexible, positive, and energetic personality
An active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing in the state of practice
Prior LPN experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
Ability to quickly adapt to the team and facility environment
Dependability and strong attendance
Professional appearance and behavior
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
