What Will You Do in This Role?
As a Unit Manager | RN, you are responsible for ensuring that care delivery aligns with the company's mission, policies, accepted standards of practice, and state and federal regulations. Your role includes providing safe, efficient, and effective wound care for surgical openings, ulcers, bed sores, feeding tube sites, and abscesses. Additionally, you will oversee infection prevention by conducting rounds, discussing protocols with staff, collecting and maintaining infection data, investigating outbreaks and incidents, training staff on preventive practices, reporting cases, and ensuring the availability of necessary supplies.
Do You Have What It Takes?

- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Minimum of one year of experience providing specialized treatments in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
- Prior Wound Care experience required
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state in which you are practicing
